Grade A! Windey Awarded the Highest Information Disclosure Rating for Listed Companies on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the 3rd Straight Year
Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange made public the information disclosure evaluation results of ChiNext listed companies for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Windey Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (300772, Windey or the Company for short) has been awarded the highest information disclosure rating "A" for three consecutive years. Assessment results of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange show that among the 1,327 listed companies involved in the evaluation, 201 companies were rated "A" in the 2023-2024 fiscal year, accounting for only 15.15% of the total. There are 101 companies that have received an "A" rating in information disclosure evaluation for three consecutive years or more, accounting for only 7.61% of those companies involved in the evaluation for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
This assessment, which is guided by the "Self-Regulatory Guideline No. 11 for Listed Companies - Information Disclosure Work Evaluation (2023 Revision)" of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is mainly based on information disclosure quality of listed companies, and then comprehensive evaluation is given according to multiple factors such as standardized operation level of listed companies, the protection to investors' rights and interests, and the fulfillment of social responsibilities. In light of the relevant assessment methods, listed companies rated "A" will receive supports from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, such as reduction of the number of inquiry rounds or no need to get through review and inquiry.
