[Honor]: Windey Is Included on The National List of “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises”
Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) published the latest lists of “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises” and “Double-hundred Enterprises”, and Windey is included on the list of “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises”. This is an important honor on the road of high-quality development of the company after being listed on the “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises” of Zhejiang Province.
The“Demonstration Action of Science and Technology Reform” aims to guide pilot enterprises to comprehensively deepen reform in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development under the condition of adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Part, focusing on improving corporate governance, improving the market-oriented selection and employment mechanism, strengthening incentives and constraints, stimulating the driving force for scientific and technological innovation, and strengthening the Party building. The SASAC “Demonstration Action of Science and Technology Reform” has been implemented since 2020 and further expanded and deepened in 2023. At present, a total of 672 domestic enterprises have been listed as “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises”, including 16 in Zhejiang Province. Windey is one of the “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises” in this round of expansion.
Since being included in the provincial list of “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises” in 2021, Windey has seriously implemented each reform task, and completed the reform with high quality in improving the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, promoting the adjustment of the distribution and structure of the state sector, improving the market-oriented operation mechanism, and strengthening the leadership and construction of the Party in state-owned enterprises. Adhering to the development strategy of “One body, two wings” and the leadership of scientific and technological innovation, Windey was ranked top three for two consecutive years on the domestic onshore newly installed capacity, and ranked 81st among the top 500 global new energy enterprises in 2022.
Taking this inclusion in the national list of “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises” as an important opportunity to further deepen the reform in an all-round way, Windey will thoroughly implement the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully practice the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, effectively strengthen the overall leadership of the Party over state-owned enterprises, comprehensively enhance core competitiveness according to the requirements of high-quality development and the goals of the 14th Five-Year Plan, actively promote institutional mechanism reform and innovation, and be committed to becoming a technologically advanced, respected, and internationally competitive new energy service enterprise, contributing more to the implementation of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy.
